As a Cyber Forensics Expert in Court, our first obligation is to the Court. Our obligation is to determine and present our findings without prejudice or preference to either party, to consider all possible hypotheses and to consider all aspects of Cyber Forensics Assurance to avoid the risks or possibility of error or repudiation of any findings. About DARDICK

DARDICK’s focus is on cyber forensics including forensic readiness, litigation hold, acquisition and preservation, analysis and investigation, and reporting and testimony. Glenn S. Dardick has provided assistance to corporations, law firms, and individuals in cases before State and Federal Courts. Cyber Forensics is used to acquire electronic artifacts and analyze those which may be used in Court to establish inculpatory or exculpatory evidence.

Such artifacts may be acquired from devices such as computers, mobile phones, tablets, thumb drives and the Internet. Cyber Forensics has proven to be invaluable in cases ranging from those in juvenile and family Courts to those involving defamation, harassment, employee theft, data breaches and child pornography.

“There Is Nothing More Deceptive Than An Obvious Fact.”

Verum Vacuus Praeiudicio” – it means “Truth Without Prejudice” in effect acknowledging that true facts may often be related in such a way as to not convey truthfulness. Sometimes we might refer to these as “little white lies“.

Unfortunately, these type of lies, or prejudiced truths can have significant consequences, especially in a Court of Law. Sometimes these prejudiced truths might be purposefully presented with malice, other times just because of ignorance, of having been deceived, or of having made an error in analysis. As Sherlock Holmes said in The Bascombe Valley Mystery by Sir Arther Conan Doyle, “There is nothing more deceptive than an obvious fact.
